Effective May 7, 2026, Michigan Medicine Laboratories Coagulation lab test, Lupus Anticoagulant Screen, will be down due to a reagent issue. All testing will be forwarded to ARUP (order code: ARUPM (3017009)).
Collection Instructions: Collect specimens in 2 blue top (citrate 3.2%) tubes. Mix by inversion. Centrifuge and aliquot 3mL (min. 2mL) plasma into plastic tubes and freeze the specimens within 4 hours of collection. Transport frozen specimens on dry ice.
