Monitor simultaneously Pathology Flight Board, MiChart, When to Work Software, and SoftLab to direct staff and meet timeliness metrics. Respond to Flight Board Alarms to prevent delay in patient care. Complete and manage the handling of incoming, duplicate, or overdue orders. Assist in the identification and resolution of operating problems related to workflow, scheduling, and deployment of staff.
