To improve sensitivity, Mayo Clinic Laboratories will replace test Granulocyte Antibodies (LAGGT), which used indirect immunofluorescence, with test Granulocyte Antibody Screen, Serum (LAGGN), which employs a two-part methodology, flow cytometry and agglutination effective October 1, 2025.
