Effective December 1, 2021, MLabs Immunology EBV Panel (EBVPL) and EBV Viral Capsid Ag IgM (EBVCM) assays are down effective 12/1/21 due to reagent backorder. Requests for these tests will be sent to Mayo Clinic Laboratories EBV Antibody Profile (SEBV) until further notice.

 

Collection Instructions: Collect approximately 2 mL of whole blood in a serum separator tube (SST) or red top vacutainer, centrifuge and aliquot the serum into a plastic vial. Ship specimen refrigerated.
