    Collect specimen in an EDTA lavender top tube. Send to Specimen Processing as intact whole blood, refrigerated
    Please draw and plain label a tube from each parent. Be sure to label with at least 2 patient identifiers. Send all specimens in the same bag with the reqs to Specimen Processing
