Collection Instructions
Tempus will ship the patient a saliva collection kit to their address, and the patient will return that kit on their own. Block and path report will be sent form NCRC Admins to sendouts.

Saliva in salivette to fill line plus paraffin block (Can be a block plus 1 H&E slides; or 10-16 unstained slides)
