    Collect whole blood in tiger top Streck tubes and send to Specimen Processing ambient. Streck tubes must be received at Tempus within 5 days, even if the tumor block has not been received by sendouts in time to ship with the blood. Block and path report will be gathered in Anatomic Pathology and forwarded to sendouts at University Hospital.

    Normal Volume

    2 x 8.5 mL tiger top Streck tubes plus paraffin block (Can be a block plus 1 H&E slide; or 10-16 unstained slides)
