Collection Instructions

Collect specimen in an SST (preferred) or red top tube. Centrifuge and aliquot serum into a plastic vial within 2 hours of collection and freeze. Draw trough level immediately prior to next oral dose or draw 6-12 hours after start of IV maintenance infusion.
