Test Usage

Assessing immunity following poliovirus vaccination, as well as determining the poliovirus serotype responsible for recent poliovirus infection. This test can also serve as an aid for diagnosing immune deficiency disorders. Antibody titers to the three serotypes of poliovirus are determined.
