    Collect specimen in light blue tube. Spin down and remove plasma. Spin plasma for a second time. Aliquot into a screw capped plastic tube, (all plasma except the button down at the bottom.) Send to Specimen Processing frozen. Specimen should be split into two aliquots for each part of this assay requires it's own tube.

    Special Handling

    Specimen must be double spun to ensure platelet poor plasma
