Oxycodone: 10-100 ng/mL; Noroxycodone: Metabolite of oxycodone; Oxymorphone Metabolite of oxycodone: 1.0-8.0 ng/mL when used as sole therapy; Noroxymorphone: Metabolite of oxymorphone
