Order is placed in MiChart, a req prints in the AP admin area over at NCRC. They request the block from the slide library and match it up with the requisition (if provided) that was completed by the physician. They send the block, req and the surgical pathology report for that case to Sendouts at ULNC (UH). the specimen is packed up and shipped out from UH.
