    Patient Preparation: Patient must not be taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or aminoguanidine as these medications increase N-methylhistamine (NMH) levels. Collect urine for 24 hrs. Aliquot and send to Specimen Processing refrigerated
