Used broadly for clinical contexts for the assessment of type I and II IFN responses, including inborn errors of immunity, including primary immunodeficiencies, autoinflammatory syndromes and primary immune regulatory disorders, systemic lupus erythematosus, Type I interferonopathies, and viral infections

Specimen Requirements
Collect specimen in a Lav (EDTA) tube. Send to Specimen Processing at ambient temperature. Draw Monday-Thursday before 4pm only. Specimen must be received at Nationwide Children's on Friday morning at the latest.
Specimen stability 72 hours
