    MLabs clients and patients should obtain test requisition and kit directly from Labcorp. Contact Litholink 24-hour testing customer service at 800-338-4333. The kit is then returned directly to Labcorp. Sendouts does not process or handle these specimens at all. 

     

    Special Handling

    Do not send any specimens to sendouts, they are to be shipped back to Labcorp directly by the patient in the shipping kit they are supplied with. 

    Rejection Criteria
    Specimens dropped off at any Michigan Medicine draw station. They must be shipped back to Labcorp by the patient in the shipping kit they were supplied with.
