Orders are placed in MiChart by the provider, and the patient is given a paper Labcorp req which contains the phone number for Labcorp. They call and request a kit. The kit is shipped to the patient, and the patient ships it back to Labcorp once collection is complete. Labcorp sends the results to Sendouts for entry into MiChart.
