LD Isoenzymes: I (fast band): 18-32%; II: 29-42%; III: 14-30%; IV: 6-13%l V (slow band): 5-18%. Total LD level is also reported.

Collection Instructions

Collect specimen in an SST tube. Centrifuge and aliquot serum into a plastic vial within 2 hours of collection. Store and transport at room temperature. Specimen cannot be refrigerated or frozen.
