Specimen Requirements

Collection Onsite

Collect specimen in an SST tube. Send to Specimen Processing in a green bag. Tube must be spun and aliquoted within 2 hours of collection.

Collection Offsite

Collect specimen in an SST tube. Spin and separate serum from cells within 2 hours of collection. Aliquot into a screw capped plastic tube and send to Specimen Processing refrigerated.
