Test Usage

To rule out the diagnosis of paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria (PCH) in cases of hemoglobinuria, cold exacerbated hemolysis, unusual presentation of apparent warm or cold AIHA. A positive test is considered diagnostic for PCH.
