Collect a trough specimen (draw immediately prior to next dose) in a lavender top tube. Mix collection tube gently by inversion to prevent clotting. Send intact specimen; do NOT centrifuge. Store intact whole blood refrigerated or at room temperature.
Cyclosporine is an immunosuppressant used to prevent rejection of organ transplants.
