Collection
Collection kit is mailed to the patient from the company after the provider places a MiChart order, and sendouts faxes the order to Pacific Edge. They will do an insurance investigation and inform patients of coverage and any co-pays. Kit is returned by the patient to Pacific Edge for testing. DO NOT return the kit to Michigan Medicine.
Special Handling
DO NOT return kit to Michigan Medicine. It gets mailed back to Pacific Edge Diagnostics.
