Specimen Requirements
Collection Instructions

Collect specimen in a clean tube or container. Refrigerate and send within 24 hours of collection. Titer will be run on specimens giving a positive screen.

Rejection Criteria
Repeat testing is limited to once/week.
Additional Information

Repeat testing is limited to once/week. If the Cryptococcus screen is positive, a titer will be performed at an additional charge. By ordering this test the clinician acknowledges that additional reflex testing will be performed and billed at a separate additional charge if indicated.
