Specimen Requirements
Collection
Collect specimen sufficient yellow top (ACD) solution A tubes. Send specimen at room temperature. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Testing must be performed within 14 days prior to transplant.

Full tubes, 4-ACD (solution A) whole blood

Full tubes, 2- ACD (solution A) whole blood

Rejection Criteria
Frozen samples, mislabeled samples, samples that do not have the required two patient identifiers.
