Collect random urine specimen and refrigerate.

Additional Information

The positive cut-off level is high enough to rule out the effect of passive smoke (normal level for nonsmokers passively exposed to smoking is <200 ng/mL). GCMS analysis can also detect the presence of nicotine and cotinine.
