Collect specimen in a grey top tube. Send intact whole blood refrigerated in a plastic vial.

Alternate Specimen

EDTA or heparinized whole blood is acceptable. Serum or heparinized plasma can also be analyzed. [10/03; rev 1/08]

If Cocaine Screen is positive, then Cocaine Confirmation (FCOKR) will be performed at an additional charge.
