Collection

Collect specimen in a green top tube (preferred); lavender top tube is also acceptable. Centrifuge, aliquot plasma into a plastic vial and freeze.

Alternate Specimen
Lithium heparin green top and Lav top EDTA are acceptable,

0.5 mL plasma
