Reference Range *

Therapeutic: 4-8 mcg/mL for multiple drug regimen, 8-12 mcg/mL for single drug regimen, Toxic: greater than 8 mcg/mL for multiple drug regimen, greater than 12 mcg/mL for single drug regimen.
