Potentially useful adjunct for diagnosis and monitoring pancreatic cancer; Maybe used for differentiating patients with cholangiocarcinoma and primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) from those with PSC alone.

Collect blood in a red top or SST tube. Centrifuge, aliquot serum into plastic vial and refrigerate.
