Test Usage

Potentially useful adjunct for diagnosis and monitoring pancreatic cancer; Maybe used for differentiating patients with cholangiocarcinoma and primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) from those with PSC alone.

Collection Instructions

Collect blood in a red top or SST tube. Centrifuge and aliquot serum within 8 hours of collection into plastic vial and refrigerate at 2-8C for 48 hours. For long term storage, freeze at -20C. Freeze only once.
