Colorimetric (Vanadate Oxidation)
Liver function test useful in the diagnosis of jaundice due to liver disease, hemolytic anemia, and ABO/Rh incompatability.
DIRECT BILIRUBIN: < 0.3 mg/dL. TOTAL BILIRUBIN: 1-11 years: 0.1 - 1.0 mg/dL; 12-150 years: 0.2 - 1.2 mg/dL; 0-1 month: Critical Value >=15 mg/dL.
