Female: 1 mo. - 1 year: 120 - 470 IU/L, 1 - 9 years: 140 - 335 IU/L, 10-12 years: 130 - 420 IU/L, 13 - 14 years: 52 - 255 IU/L, 15 - 16 years: 50 - 116 IU/L, 17 - 150 years: 40 - 116.

STAT requests for this test will be performed on a STAT basis (supervisory staff approval is not required).
Specimen Requirements
Collect specimen in an SST tube. Centrifuge, aliquot serum into a plastic vial and refrigerate. Hemolyzed samples should not be used for testing.
