TIPS AND TRICKS
LOG-IN ISSUES
- Verify you are entering the correct password. Passwords are case sensitive.
- Have and authorized signer submit a password reset using the MLabsCONNECT User Request Form
LOADING ISSUES
- Ensure that you are using Internet Explorer 9 or later. Chrome and Firefox do not work.
- Verify that MLabsCONNECT is added to the pop-up blocker exclusion list or that pop-up blocker is turned off.
- Verify that MLabsCONNECT is designated as a trusted site. (Ref: Link to System Configuration video or tip sheet)
- Clear cache and cookies and restart your web browser. (Ref: MLabs Wiki)
PRINTING ISSUES
Verify the MeadCo Print Controller Active X is installed. (Ref: Link to System Configuration video or tip sheet)
