The following changes will be made to the Dysautonomia Autoimmune Evaluation, Serum, assay performed by Mayo Clinic Laboratories effective October 13, 2026:

 

The following test will be added to the panel:

  • Alpha-3 Beta-4 Ganglionic Neuronal Acetylcholine Receptor Binding Antibody, Flow Cytometry, Serum (AAGFS)

 

The following test will be removed from the panel:

  • Ganglionic Acetylcholine Receptor (Alpha3) Autoantibody, Serum (GANG)

 

The following tests will be added to the reflex algorithm:

  • Alpha-3 Beta-4 Ganglionic Neuronal Acetylcholine Receptor Binding Antibody, Flow Cytometry Titer, Serum (AAGTS)
  • Microtubule-Associated Protein 1B (MAP1B) Antibody, Immunoblot, Serum (MP1BS)
