Mayo Clinic Laboratories will be obsoleting its paraneoplastic autoantibody evaluations (Mayo ID: PAC1) on June 1, 2026. To optimize test utilization and patient care, Mayo recommends that physicians order a comprehensive autoimmune/paraneoplastic evaluation based on the patient’s clinical presentation.
