MLABSCONNECT DOWNTIME NOTICE
Atlas Server Upgrade
The Pathology Atlas Production Server will be migrated from Windows 2016 to Windows 2022 on Tuesday, March 31, from 7–8 AM to maintain operating system support. This downtime will affect all MLabs clients using MLabsConnect.
During the downtime:
Traffic between the EMRs, MLabs, and Soft will stop.
Orders will not cross into MLabsConnect or Soft; any sent orders will queue and transmit after the downtime.
Results will not flow into MLabsConnect or downstream EMRs; any results will queue and transmit after the downtime. MLabs specimen labels will not print.
