Effective January 2, 2026, Test ID FHMTB, referred to Medtox, will be obsolete and replaced with Mayo test Hydrocodone and Metabolites, Serum (Test ID HYDCS). 

Collection Requirements: Collect 1 mL serum in a red top tube (SST or PST tubes are not acceptable). Centrifuge and aliquot serum into a plastic vial.
