Effective June 4, 2024, the following updates will be made to Mayo Clinic Laboratories Myelopathy Autoimmune Evaluation, CSF, panel:

 

Additions:

  • Test component Tripartite Motif-Containing Protein 46 (TRIM46) IgG, Tissue Immunofluorescence, CSF (test ID T46IC) (CPT 86255) will be added to the panel.
  • Test component Dipeptidyl-Peptidase-Like Protein-6 (DPPX) Antibody, Cell Binding Assay, CSF (test ID DPPCC) (CPT 86255) will be added to the panel.
  • Reflex test Tripartite Motif-Containing Protein 46 (TRIM46) IgG, Cell Binding Assay, CSF (test ID T46CC) (CPT 86255) will be performed automatically at an additional charge if indicated.
  • Reflex test Tripartite Motif-Containing Protein 46 (TRIM46) IgG, Tissue Immunofluorescence Titer, CSF (test ID T46TC) (CPT 86256) will be performed automatically at an additional charge if indicated.

 

Deletions:

  • Test component Dipeptidyl-Peptidase-Like Protein-6 (DPPX) Antibody, Immunofluorescence, CSF (test ID DPPIC) (CPT 86255) will be removed from the panel.

 

Note that DPPCC will become an always performed panel component instead of a potential reflex test.
