Effective December 17, 2020, MLabs will replace 11-Desoxycortisol (Specific Compound S) (Pediatrics Endocrinology) with 11-Desoxycortisol per Mayo Medical Laboratories.

 

Collection Instructions: Collect approximately 3 mL of whole blood in a red top vacutainer. Centrifuge, aliquot and freeze the serum into a plastic vial within 45 minutes of collection. Ship specimen frozen.
