Effective August 17, 2020 Donath Landsteiner Test (MMLR) test requirements are changing per Mayo Medical Laboratories via ARUP.

Draw blood in a plain red-top tube. Maintain specimen at 37 degrees C until serum is separated from cells. Spin down and send 2 mL of serum refrigerated in a plastic vial.
