Diagnosis of vitamin D deficiency, differential diagnosis of causes of rickets and osteomalacia, monitoring vitamin D replacement therapy, and diagnosis of hypervitaminosis D.

Reference Range

Optimal: 25 - 100 ng/mL; Deficiency: <10 ng/mL; Toxicity: >150 ng/mL.
