This assay is recommended for highly sensitized recipients previously exposed to a vascularized tissue like a previous transplant or vascular reconstruction surgeries.

Specimen Requirements


Collect specimen in sufficient yellow top (ACD) solution A tubes. Send intact specimen at room temperature. Do not refrigerate or freeze.

10 mL ACD (solution A) whole blood
