Flow Crossmatch

Test Usage

This test may be diagnostically useful for post-transplant patients who appear to be undergoing humoral graft rejection but have no history of donor specific anti-HLA antibodies. This assay is also recommended for risk assessment of highly sensitized recipients previously exposed to a vascularized tissue like a previous transplant or vascular reconstruction surgeries.

Specimen Requirements

Collection

Collect specimen in sufficient yellow top (ACD) solution A tubes from donor. Send intact specimen at room temperature. Do not refrigerate or freeze. For recipient specimen please refer to Solid Organ Transplant, Endothelial Precursor Cell (Recipient).
