Collect specimen in a red top tube. Centrifuge, aliquot serum into a plastic vial and refrigerate.

If MAG Antibody IgM by Western Blot is positive then both MAG-SGPG Antibody (IgM) (CPT 83520) and MAG Antibody IgM by EIA (CPT 83520) (FMGS) will be performed at an additional charge. By ordering this test the clinician acknowledges that additional reflex testing will be performed and billed at a separate additional charge if indicated.
