Confirms the identity of the original patient or donor sample. Used for determining the degree of compatibility or genetic relationship between individuals, such as potential donors and recipients for Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation.

Specimen Requirements
Collect specimen in sufficient yellow top (ACD) solution A, EDTA, Heparin tubes or buccal swabs. Send intact specimens at room temperature. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
