Collection Offsite

Collect 2 lavender or red top tubes. Centrifuge, aliquot plasma or serum into a plastic vial, and freeze immediately following collection. Indicate plasma or serum on requisition. Whole blood or Urine is also acceptable; transfer into a plastic vial and freeze.
