Hershfield lab must be emailed in advance the name and DOB of any specimens to be sent.

Collection Onsite

Collect specimen in green or lav tube. Send to Specimen processing ambient. Collect Monday - Thursday only! Must be received by Duke within 24 hours.

Collection Offsite

Collect specimen in green or lav tube. Send to Specimen processing ambient. Collect Monday - Thursday only! Must be received by Duke within 24 hours.
