Specimen Requirements
Collection
Collect blood in EDTA lavender top tube Monday through Thursday only. Send as whole blood ambient. Specimen must arrive to Mayo within 96 hours of collection.
Prenatal specimens also are to be collected and sent Monday - Thursday.

Blood: 3 mL whole blood; Fluid: 20 mL; CVS: 20 mg
Minimum Volume
Blood: 1mL; Fluid 10 mL; CVS: 5mg
