The MLabs Clinical Core Lab will be changing their urinalysis instrument platform effective December 12, 2023. The Arkray AU-4050 system will be replaced by the Sysmex UN-3000, which includes a Siemens CLINITEK Novus chemistry macroscopic analyzer, a Sysmex UF-5000 flow cytometric particle analyzer, and a Sysmex UD-10 digital imaging analyzer.  The urinalysis test menu will not change, but there will be a change in how certain parameters will be reported as noted below:
