Quest Valencia has discontinued their CD57 panel by flow cytometry effective October 23, 2023. This test was used in the monitoring of patients with chronic Lyme Disease. The recommended alternative is Borrelia (Lyme Disease) Antibody (order code BORSC) followed by the Borrelia (Lyme Disease) Antibody by modified two-tier testing forwarded to the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS) for any specimen that gives a positive or equivocal result.
