With the implementation of a new kit, Mayo Clinic Laboratories will replace potential reflex test ID ADNAR with test ID ADNA1 effective January 16, 2024. This test is a reflex test for Mayo Clinic Laboratories Connective Tissue Disease Cascade (order code CTDC). The reflex testing algorithm for CTDC will be updated as follows: If antinuclear antibodies are greater than or equal to 3.0 U, then antibodies to double-stranded DNA (dsDNA), extractable nuclear antigen evaluation, ribosome P, and centromere are performed at an additional charge.
