The MLabs Special Chemistry Laboratory will begin offering Aspergillus Antigen, Serum, testing by ELISA effective October 25, 2023. This test will replace the Aspergillus Galactomannan Antigen assay sent to Mayo Clinic Laboratories (order code ASPAG). This test is used as an aid in the diagnosis of invasive aspergillosis (IA) and assessing response to therapy.
