Effective May 16, 2023, there will be a change to potential reflex testing for Mayo Clinic Laboratory’s Thrombophilia Profile:  Staclot LA (test ID STACL) will be replaced by HEX LA (test ID HEXLA) and Protein S Activity (test ID S_FX) will be replaced by Protein S Activity (test ID SFX).
